Account identity and contact information, user-entered financial data, payment subscription metadata, and, when authorized, linked financial institution account identifiers and balances through Plaid. We do not request banking passwords directly.
Provide account management, budgeting, calculations, customer support, subscription billing, security monitoring, and requested bank connectivity.
Plaid facilitates account connectivity and Stripe handles payment checkout. Hosting and email vendors may process information for service operation.
Contact support@walletworkbench.com to request access, correction, disconnection or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons. Deleting a website account must include revoking Plaid access tokens and deleting linked financial records; a verified workflow is still being developed.
We use authentication, access restrictions, and encrypted Plaid tokens. No security measure is absolute. Contact support@walletworkbench.com with privacy questions.
